The process involves 3 steps: Enter your Premises (PIN) and have the system perform the validation. Verify that the address returned is correct. Select the style of label to use and generate a PDF Barcode file. Step 1: Lookup Premises Begin by entering your Premises and clicking "Lookup". The system will search for a match and return your street address. Premises Premises not valid. Please try again. Lookup Step 2: Verify Address If the address is correct, click "Correct" to continue. If it is incorrect, please verify that you have entered the proper Premises number. If the Premises number is correct but the address is wrong, please contact the USDA to correct the address. Premises Status: Found Premises Address: Correct Step 3: Generate Labels You can generate a file of barcode labels for the above Premises. Select from the different label sizes and click the "Generate Labels" button. A PDF file will be generated which can be downloaded.
